As a driven Chartered Architect, Craig has extensive experience across a range of sectors, including residential, commercial, leisure, and educational projects, earning a reputation for delivering creative yet practical design solutions that result in purposeful and engaging environments. He places strong emphasis on client collaboration, technical precision, and the long-term social and environmental value of the built environment. His design philosophy is rooted in the belief that good architecture begins with listening, before being shaped into thoughtful ideas that bring design and engineering into harmony, producing buildings that are both bold and functional.
After a brief introduction, Craig will present a quick overview of the first phase of redesign works recently completed at Britannia Pier, the historic landmark on Great Yarmouth’s scenic seafront.

Our Speaker will be Dr Catherine Richards. Principal and CEO of the East Norfolk Sixth Form College presenting The 12 Days of EN – 12 things you probably don’t know about East Norfolk Sixth Form College that could help your business in the future!
Catherine has been a senior manager at East Norfolk Sixth Form College for nearly 14 years and for the past 10 years, the Principal and CEO of the Trust. With almost 30 years in Sixth Form and General Further Education her passion is making sure that young people in our area get the very best opportunities during their education and beyond.
In a festive themed talk likened to the 12 days of Christmas and accompanied by 2 of her current students to help her, she will be telling us about 12 different ways that your business can benefit by knowing more about East Norfolk and the 1830 young people aged 16-19 who study with her in Gorleston, Great Yarmouth each year.
The afternoon doesn’t end there. As this event is the gateway to Christmas many stay on afterwards to enjoy the hospitality of The Furzedown. So this year, we thought we’d do something different and bring the festive season in with some great local entertainment! Why not make an afternoon of it and stay for some extra Christmas cheer and the brilliant local vocalist, Neil Francis who will be performing between 3pm and 6pm.

Cancellations and Amended Tickets
Tickets for B2B Lunch Club events can be amended or cancelled up to noon on the Friday before the event by using the ‘manage my tickets’ area within the booking system. After that time, no further amendments or cancellations can be made as your booking will have been confirmed with the venue who will charge for your place regardless of your attendance. Refunds will be made minus the booking fee as this will still need to be paid to our booking and payment service. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
